{"id":10714,"date":"2025-10-21T15:52:19","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T21:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ds.edu.sv\/?p=10714"},"modified":"2025-10-21T15:52:19","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T21:52:19","slug":"educar-con-empatia-inclusion-que-transforma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ds.edu.sv\/de\/educar-con-empatia-inclusion-que-transforma\/","title":{"rendered":"Mit Empathie bilden: Inklusion, die ver\u00e4ndert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An der Deutschen Schule San Salvador bekr\u00e4ftigen wir jeden Tag unser Engagement f\u00fcr Inklusion und Vielfalt \u2013 zentrale Werte, die unsere p\u00e4dagogische Identit\u00e4t pr\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um diesen Ansatz weiter zu st\u00e4rken, nahm unser Grundschulteam \u2013 bestehend aus Lehrerinnen, Psychologinnen und F\u00f6rderlehrkr\u00e4ften \u2013 k\u00fcrzlich an einer Fortbildung zum Thema Autismus teil. Ziel war es, die Unterrichtsstrategien und die emotionale Begleitung im Schulalltag noch gezielter zu gestalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend der Schulung vertieften die Teilnehmenden wichtige Themen wie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die fr\u00fche Erkennung von Anzeichen innerhalb des Autismus-Spektrums<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e4dagogische Anpassungen, die die aktive Teilnahme aller Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler f\u00f6rdern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effektive Kommunikationsstrategien und emotionale Unterst\u00fctzung im Unterricht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Form der kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung gibt unseren Lehrkr\u00e4ften moderne Werkzeuge an die Hand, um jedes Kind individuell zu begleiten \u2013 entsprechend seinem eigenen Tempo, seinen Interessen und St\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus unterstrich die Fortbildung, wie wichtig es ist, ein respektvolles, empathisches und sicheres Lernumfeld zu schaffen, in dem sich alle Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler verstanden und wertgesch\u00e4tzt f\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit von Lehrkr\u00e4ften, Psychologinnen und Familien st\u00e4rken wir unsere Gemeinschaft \u2013 eine Schulgemeinschaft, die Gleichberechtigung, Inklusion und Wertsch\u00e4tzung der Vielfalt aktiv lebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein weiterer Schritt zu einer ganzheitlichen Bildung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An der Deutschen Schule San Salvador sind wir \u00fcberzeugt: Lehrerbildung ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu Unterrichtsqualit\u00e4t.<br>Jede Lernerfahrung unserer Teams tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, unsere Mission zu festigen \u2013 eine ganzheitliche Bildung zu bieten, in der Inklusion nicht nur gelehrt, sondern tagt\u00e4glich gelebt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
